Science tutoring, wherever school is.
Live one-to-one classes in physics, chemistry and biology, taught to your child's own school programme wherever in the world that school is: scheduled in your time zone, with regular parent-teacher meetings so you always know where things stand.
Same laws of physics, very different examinations.
School systems disagree about science more than about any other subject. Some teach an integrated science course for years before splitting into physics, chemistry and biology; others separate them early. Some examinations reward extended written explanation, others calculation, others practical and data-handling skills. A student can be strong in the Swedish gymnasieskola’s style and initially lost in an IGCSE paper, without knowing any less science.
Marks everywhere, though, are for applying a principle to an unfamiliar situation, not for reciting it. So every topic is taught through problems the student then leads, in the format their own assessment uses: the tutor works from your child’s school material and past papers, and marks practice the way the examination marks it.
The systems we teach across.
We teach students across the school systems below. If yours is not listed, tell us in the trial form; the approach is the same.

One tutor per science, not one tutor for all three
Every tutor has extensive experience and qualification in their own science, not a generalist covering all three. A child preparing for separate sciences gets the right specialist for the paper that is weakest; a child in an integrated course gets a tutor used to teaching across the three strands the way their system combines them.
For international-school families we match by programme: Cambridge IGCSE and A Level sciences, or IB MYP Sciences and the Diploma sciences at SL and HL. For national systems the tutor works from the school’s own textbooks and past papers.

Questions from families around the world
My child’s school teaches science in another language. Can you still help?
Do you cover physics, chemistry and biology separately?
Can you prepare for the IB, IGCSE or national examinations?
How do time zones work?

Tell us the country, the school system and which science is the concern. A specific worry produces a better tutor match than a subject name.
