Imagine a special exercise that’s like a workout for your fingers and brain both – it’s pretty amazing. I am going to teach you a simple hand and finger movement brain gym exercise in this article. This exercise involves moving your fingers in specific ways, and it’s not only fun but also super good for your brain. Step 01 : Make Fist of both the hands side by side
This is the first resting step. Make fists in both of your hands, with palms down position and place them side by side. You can also keep your hands at your front as you will see in the video (if not down towards a table or floor as seen in the pictures)
Step 02 : Slowly open two fingers of the left hand and one finger of the right hand, together
Now slowly open two fingers of your left hand and one finger of your right hand, together.
Step 03 : Slowly close fingers back to fist in both the hands
Once the fingers are open, close the fingers solwly to be back to the original resting position.
Step 04 : Open two fingers of the right hand and one finger of the left hand
Now slowly open two fingers of your right hand and one finger of your left hand, together. This is similar to step 02, just swap the number of fingers from left to right hand and vice versa.
Step 05 : Slowly close fingers back to fist in both the hands
Close the fingers slowly to be back to the resting position.
Step 06 : Repeat from step 2 to step 5 in a slow but steady rhythm.
Repeat the steps 2 to 5 slowly and steadily as you will see in the below image and the video following the image.
